I use the Redirecting Children’s Behavior (RCB) material to provide tools to teach frustrated parents, teachers, grandparents, and other professionals. RCB is a researched based course developed by Kathryn Kvols. With no boring lectures, we are able to move quickly to learn skills and immediately become comfortable with the concepts through powerful role-plays. By simulating real-life scenarios, parents can become confident in their new skills and notice immediate positive changes.

Reciently, child behaviors and family dynamics have evolved. Parents are no longer seeking generial advice, they are now searching for specific easy to implement tools. The RCB course offers no-nonscence direct tools that parents can implement right away. Getting back together over multiple weeks allow us to discuss what went well and ask questions to fine tune skills.

As a director of a state-licensed childcare center for over 20 years, I have partnered with thousands of parents as they take on the challenges of working and raising a young family. From "normal" developmental child challenges to early intervention, inclusion, co-parenting, if you can name it, we have supported families through it.
